Down hill braking retarder stator assembly B5-22 and B5-21

The stator has several groups of internal coils, which are the main working parts of retarder. It is connected with the chassis of the vehicle through a fixed bracket. The stator is the stationary part of a motor. The stator consists of three parts: stator core, stator winding and frame.
The stator frame is evenly equipped with 8 stator core, the stator core is wound with a coil, the stator frame is evenly opened with 8 core holes, the stator core is inserted in the hole and fixed on the stator frame, the two side segments of the extended core hole of the stator core are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the stator frame; Both ends of each stator core are fixedly connected with magnetic conductive plates.
The action of the stator is to produce an alternating current and the action of the rotor is to create a rotating magnetic field.
